Installation: When installing an electrical control cabinet, first select a suitable installation location, generally considering environmental conditions (such as temperature, humidity, dust, vibration, etc.), ease of operation, and safety. The installation location should be far away from water sources, heat sources, and corrosive substances, and avoid direct sunlight. The cabinet must be securely installed, generally using anchor bolts or channel steel to fix it to the foundation. When installing electrical components, install them according to design requirements, ensuring that the components are correctly and securely installed, and that the terminal connections are reliable.
Commissioning: Commissioning is a crucial step in ensuring the normal operation of the electrical control cabinet. Before commissioning, check that the circuit connections are correct and that the electrical components are undamaged. During commissioning, first perform no-load commissioning, i.e., without connecting the controlled equipment, test only the control cabinet itself to check the logic of the control circuit and whether various indicator lights and instruments are working properly. Then perform load commissioning, connecting the controlled equipment to check whether the equipment's start, stop, and run functions are normal, and whether the electrical parameters (such as voltage, current, power, etc.) meet the requirements. During commissioning, promptly identify and resolve any problems, such as circuit faults, component damage, or improper parameter settings.
