The XL Power Distribution Cabinet ships as a complete unit. You just connect the incoming and outgoing cables. Inside, we use DIN rails for miniature breakers. You can add up to 20 outgoing circuits. The cabinet has a neutral bar and a ground bar. Both are copper.
