Sewage Treatment High-Voltage Switchgear

A sewage treatment plant has hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and over 90% humidity. Normal High-Voltage Switchgear rusts in two years. We made special changes. First, we use heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating. The steel plate is shot-blasted and then sprayed with epoxy powder. The film thickness is over 80 microns. Salt spray test 500 hours. We also changed all screws and hinges to stainless steel 304. We visited a plant after 5 years. The cabinet looked like new.

Second, we install a smart dehumidifier. It works on the semiconductor condensation principle. When the humidity inside the cabinet goes above 70%, it starts. It turns water vapor into liquid and drains it out. We set the target humidity to 40%. A plant in Hangzhou installed our cabinet. They never had insulator creepage again.

Third, we add a heater. In winter, when it is cold, the heater turns on automatically. This prevents condensation. The power is 100W. The thermostat starts at 5 degrees and stops at 10 degrees. This is very useful in northern areas. A paper mill in Hebei had a high-voltage cabinet from another supplier. After three years, the copper bars turned green. They replaced it with our anti-corrosion cabinet. Now they open it every six months to check. It is clean inside. The client said, "Pay 20% more, replace it twice less. It is worth it."
