Electronic Control Cabinet

Our cabinet has two doors and two compartments. The front compartment holds buttons, indicators, touchscreens, and meters. The back compartment holds breakers, contactors, VFDs, and terminal blocks. A metal plate separates them completely. When you open the front door to operate the controls, you never touch live power parts. This is much safer than a single-door cabinet. The doors open 180 degrees. They have stainless steel handles with locks. The front door has a 5mm tempered glass window. You can read meters without opening the door. We make the cabinet from 2.0mm SUS304 stainless steel. All seams are fully welded with TIG welding. The welds are ground smooth and passivated. The door has an EPDM foam seal that compresses when closed. Protection level is IP54 as standard. We can upgrade to IP65 for washdown areas. The top cover has a 5-degree slope so water runs off. The bottom has a cable entry plate with stainless steel cable glands. The locks are stainless steel with two-point locking. There is also a provision for a padlock.

The back compartment has a hot-dip galvanized mounting plate. The plate is 2.5mm thick and can be removed. You can mount all components on the plate while it is on a workbench. Then you slide the plate back into the cabinet and screw it in. This saves a lot of time. The cabinet also has LED lighting that turns on when the door opens. There is a document pocket inside the door for the wiring diagram. We also add a ground busbar and a neutral busbar. Both are copper and labeled. What sizes do you offer?
